Project Goals
Oversee and provide the National Agricultural Library with custom and decoupled Drupal development in order to convert legacy javascript search databases into Swagger APIs, to deliver genomic sequencing and DNA data for UI consumption within Drupal 10.
Work Performed
Work closely with client project manager and API developers to plan and architect API output (JSON) to integrate with custom Drupal module(s) and custom Drupal theming templates (Twig, PHP, HTML5, etc.). Also provide ongoing support and maintenance for the NAL’s genomics search portal running on a Tripal distribution for Drupal 7, while planning and preparing for a complete upgrade to Drupal 10.
