Redesign and convert the CDC Laboratory Training e-learning portal from a legacy, non-flexible system, into an open source platform that is customizable and scalable, able to adapt to ongoing and future technical requirements, and a system that can be modified according to learner needs. The new CDC Laboratory Training portal is a new custom platform using Drupal and the Opigno LMS distribution, running on Amazon AWS EC2 and RDS servers.
